Envision Physician Services searching for Full-time CRNA (General and OB) to become a part of our prestigious practice at HCA Florida Mercy Hospital in Miami, Florida!
- Anesthesia Care Team Model: 16 Physicians and 25 CRNAs
- $45k Start Date Bonus
- Approximately 12,000 annual cases
- 14 State of the art OR’s: 10 main, 1 Endo, 1 EP, 2 L&D
- Case mix includes General, Ortho, Plastics, ENT, Urology, Vascular, Neuro and GYN
- CRNAs are NOT involved with Cardiac cases
- No Peds
- Autonomy to perform Regional (spinals and epidurals), arterial lines etc.
- Work schedules vary with 8-, 10- and 12-hour shifts. Scheduling is evenly distributed amongst the group
- Call is approximately one weekend every 7-8 weeks: weekday call variable but infrequent
- Average work week is about 4 days a week
- Opportunity to make more if you want
- PTO 8 & 9 weeks
