North Knoxville Medical Center is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join a well-established, collaborative anesthesia team. Facility Overview
North Knoxville Medical Center is a modern acute care hospital located in Powell, Tennessee. The facility is designed to support an exceptional patient experience while providing an efficient, provider-friendly clinical environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and assessments
Obtain and verify informed consent
Discuss anesthesia plans, expectations, and potential risks with patients
Administer anesthesia throughout induction, maintenance, and emergence
Monitor patient status throughout procedures and intervene as clinically appropriate
Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing staff, and the broader perioperative team
Qualifications
Master’s degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
Current or eligible CRNA licensure in Tennessee
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient-centered care
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary starting at $240,000
$75,000 sign-on bonus with flexible payout options
