Envision Healthcare is currently seeking a CRNA to join our team at Nashville Anesthesia Service in Nashville, TN. Pavilion Surgery Center located in Smyrna, TN. Nashville Anesthesia Service covers both TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center in Nashville, TN and TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center in Smyrna, TN and 2 surgery centers. Our sites boast a full range of patient care services, including top rated Cancer, Orthopedics, Imaging, and Stroke programs. They are ranked Top Performer in quality measured by The Joint Commission.
