The Practice
· Structure: An autonomous and independent CRNA only practice opportunity in Sitka, AK
· Schedule:
o 6 weeks on, 3 weeks off – ample time to explore the unique beauty and adventure of Southeast Alaska!
o Within this rotation: 2 weeks total call and 4 weeks of 10-hour shifts (Tues-Fri)
· Preferred Qualifications:
o 2+ years’ experience in independent/autonomous practice
o Peripheral/Neuraxial experience preferred (willingness to learn)
o Central Line/Aline experience preferred (willingness to learn)
· Scope of Practice:
o Bread-and-Butter cases – General Surgery, ENT, Ortho, Podiatry, OB/Gyn, Endoscopy, Urology, and Dental
o Patient Population: Healthy pediatrics, low-risk OB; elective procedures limited to healthy adults but is critical access facility in remote rural community
