Dayton Children’s Hospital, named the #1 Best Place to Work in Ohio by Forbes for two consecutive years, is growing our state-of-the-art Anesthesia Department and seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team.

Our CRNAs bring advanced clinical expertise, critical thinking, and specialized training to deliver exceptional care to neonatal and pediatric patients and their families. In collaboration with anesthesiologists, CRNAs develop and implement anesthesia care plans, including induction, maintenance, and emergence, based on pre-operative assessments.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
· Graduation from an accredited AANA-approved nurse anesthesia program
· Current CRNA certification
· Licensure in the State of Ohio
· PALS certification
· Strong communication, customer service, and basic computer skills
· Excellent manual dexterity and physical/emotional stamina
Preferred:
· 1–3 years of neonatal and/or pediatric experience
