Leadership Opportunity for a Full Time Chief CRNA at the Surgery Center of Naples, in beautiful Naples, Florida. The Surgery Center of Naples is an Ambulatory Surgical Center of America Company. Total Rewards
Salary: $230K with Additional Chief Stipend
Sign on Incentive: $75K for 3 year commitment

Case Assignments
• Cardiology, ENT, General Surgery, Gynecology, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Cosmetics, Endo/EGD and Urology.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership
Requirements
• Current license as a registered professional nurse
• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
