Doctors Medical Center – Modesto, California

We are seeking full-time CRNAs to join the anesthesia team at Doctors Medical Center in Modesto. This is a high-volume regional medical center offering flexible shift options, a broad case mix, strong CRNA support, and the ability to structure the role to match your preferred schedule.

Schedule and Compensation:

This is a 1099 position compensated at $200 per hour. Shift options include 8-hour, 10-hour, 12-hour, and 16-hour OR shifts, as well as 24-hour OB shifts for those who enjoy OB coverage. Call is available and compensated separately, offering additional earning potential for providers who want extra income. Free shared housing is available for those needing local accommodations.

Case Mix and Clinical Environment:

CRNAs work across a wide range of cases, including Orthopedics, General Surgery, Gynecology, Plastics, Urology, GI, Pain, OB, and Ophthalmology. The facility maintains a steady surgical volume across multiple specialties and provides a well-supported, fast-paced clinical environment with reliable anesthesia coverage.

Practice Model and Support:

This is a collaborative practice model with CRNAs working alongside anesthesiologists across services. The team-based structure supports autonomy while maintaining strong clinical backup. PRN options are also available for providers seeking flexible or supplemental shifts. This is a great place to learn and grow!
