Full-Time CRNA Opportunity – $225/hr | No Call, No Weekends (1099)
We are seeking two full-time CRNAs to join a high-volume pediatric ENT service. Start dates will be staggered to allow proper proctoring by the supervising MD. This is a weekday position with consistent hours and healthy pediatric cases, primarily T&A’s.
Schedule and Compensation:
Both positions are Monday through Friday with standard 8-hour shifts, typically 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Compensation is $225 per hour on a 1099 basis. There is no call and no weekend coverage required.
Case Mix and Patient Population:
The facility has a backlog of more than 2,000 ENT cases. Most cases involve healthy pediatric patients undergoing tonsillectomies and adenoidectomies. Initial cases will focus on ASA I and II children between the ages of 2 and 9, with occasional cases up to age 12. Low-acuity neuro cases may be added as comfort and familiarity increase.
Proctoring and Onboarding:
Each CRNA will begin with 10 proctored cases completed on a 1:1 basis with the supervising physician. After successful completion, the MD may supervise up to a 1:4 ratio. CRNAs who have limited pediatric case experience may be assigned an extended proctoring period to ensure readiness and competency. Providers returning to practice with a clean record may also follow an enhanced proctoring pathway.
Acuity Progression:
As each CRNA demonstrates proficiency and the surgeons gain confidence, overall case acuity will increase over time.
