QUICK JOB FACTS:
- Starting September 10, 2025 and covering every other Wednesday (9/10, 9/24, 10/8, 10/22, 11/5, 11/19, 12/3, 12/17 and 12/31) - December 28, 2025
-Pain cases to include Radiofrequency ablations, Epidural steroid injections (ESI), Transforaminal Epidural Steroid Injections (TFESI); Cervical Epidural Steroid Injection (CESI); Medial Branch Block (MBBs); kyphoplasty; Minimally invasive lumbar decompression (MILD); Spinal cord stimulators and spinal cord stimulator trials and all other pain type procedures
- 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM; 8 hours per day guaranteed
-No blocks or OB required
- CRNA only site
- Competitive pay plus malpractice insurance if needed.
