QUICK JOB FACTS:

CRNA needed to work 4x 10hr shifts/week 7am to 5pm with every other Monday or Friday off.

Cases include BREAD AND BUTTER, daily mix of general, obgyn, ENT, ortho .

Home call 7a-5p twice a month on Mondays or Fridays

Care Team setting

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
