Westlake Anesthesia Group is an independent, physician-owned anesthesia practice based in Austin, TX — not backed by private equity. Founded in 2005, we operate across 11+ ambulatory surgery centers, providing anesthesia care for a wide case mix including orthopedics, plastics, spine, GI, and ENT.
Our model is built around sustainable practice: no call, no nights, no weekends, no holidays. CRNAs at WAG work full-time, part-time, or shift-based schedules — whatever fits their life — averaging 30–35 hours per week in an ASC-only setting with no trauma, cardiac, or vascular cases.
We're proud to support new graduates as well as experienced CRNAs. New team members are paired with an experienced colleague through a structured orientation, and we invest in ongoing CME and professional development for every provider on our team.
WAG is owned and run by the physicians and providers who work here — not outside investors.
