Westlake Anesthesia Group is an independent, physician-owned anesthesia practice based in Austin, TX — not backed by private equity — operating across 11+ ambulatory surgery centers. We're seeking a CRNA to join our team, and we welcome new graduates as well as experienced providers.

No call. No nights. No weekends. No holidays. ASC-only practice. Full-time, part-time, and shift-based positions available — flexible scheduling from 3 to 5 days per week. Averaging 30 hours/week
Compensation:
Starting base salary $206,000, increasing with experience. $25,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Plus employer 401k contribution and annual profit sharing (historically $5,000–$10,000, paid at year end).
Benefits:
Employer-paid BCBS health insurance, employer-paid malpractice ($1M/$3M), CME reimbursement of $2,500/year with PALS/ACLS/BLS reimbursed separately, generous PTO increasing with experience plus 6 paid holidays, group life and AD&D coverage.
