SCHEDULE, COMPENSATION AND CALL

Monday through Friday

Guaranteed rotating 8- and 10-hour OR shifts

Full-time and PRN options

Base/PRN rate: $200/hour on a 1099 basis

Full-time CRNAs can earn up to $215/hour through VRAA’s annual-hours incentive program.

CRNAs take first call, with call shared among participating providers.

Weekday call: 5:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. — $750 per shift

Weekend call: 7:00 a.m.–7:00 a.m. — $1,250 per shift

Callback hours are paid at the CRNA’s applicable hourly rate and count toward annual qualifying hours.

Scheduled standby call is compensated separately but does not count toward annual qualifying hours.

Actual call participation will vary based on staffing and scheduling needs.

ESTIMATED EARNING POTENTIAL

Based on the average rotation of 8- and 10-hour shifts and participation in the average call schedule, estimated gross annual compensation ranges from approximately $282,000 to $476,000.

The estimate assumes approximately one weekday call shift per active week, one full weekend of call per active month, and at least one callback hour per call shift.

Actual earnings will vary based on total hours worked, incentive level achieved, call participation, and callback hours.

Clinicians who work additional qualifying hours or accept additional call may earn more.

Free shared housing in Fort Mohave is available.

ANNUAL HOURS INCENTIVE

Full-time CRNAs can increase their hourly rate based on the number of qualifying hours worked during their 12-month service year:

1,890+ hours/year: +$15/hour — $215/hour total

1,665–1,889 hours/year: +$10/hour — $210/hour total

1,170–1,664 hours/year: +$5/hour — $205/hour total

Qualifying hours include OR hours, overtime, callback hours, OB/Flex hours, 24-hour OB shifts, and qualifying surgery center hours.

At Western Arizona Regional Medical Center, the rotating mix of 8- and 10-hour shifts gives clinicians the ability to build qualifying hours without requiring a specific number of Full Weeks.

Hourly incentives are paid monthly. Final incentive eligibility is based on total qualifying hours completed during the 12-month service year.

CRNAs participating in the annual-hours incentive program also provide mutually agreed-upon call coverage and assist with coverage during either Thanksgiving or Christmas week.

HOLIDAY COVERAGE

CRNAs participating in the annual-hours incentive program provide coverage during either Thanksgiving or Christmas week each service year.

The holiday commitment can be met by working the holiday itself or by providing at least three days of service during the selected holiday week, based on scheduling needs and availability.
