This opportunity offers guaranteed Monday-through-Friday 10-hour shifts, flexible full-time and PRN schedules, paid call opportunities, a broad surgical case mix, and free shared housing for clinicians who need it.

CRNAs practice within a collaborative anesthesia model and work across a diverse range of cases in a busy hospital setting.

SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION

Guaranteed 10-hour shifts

Monday through Friday

Full-time and PRN scheduling options

Base/PRN rate: $200/hour on a 1099 basis

Full-time CRNAs can earn up to $215/hour through VRAA’s annual-hours incentive program.

With guaranteed 10-hour shifts, clinicians can build qualifying hours quickly while maintaining flexibility in the number of weeks they work each year.

Examples of annual earning potential before call and other additional compensation:

26 weeks / approximately 1,300 hours: $205/hour = approximately $266,500

34 weeks / approximately 1,700 hours: $210/hour = approximately $357,000

38 weeks / approximately 1,900 hours: $215/hour = approximately $408,500

42 weeks / approximately 2,100 hours: $215/hour = approximately $451,500

Paid call, callback hours, and 24-hour OB coverage provide additional earning potential beyond these estimates.

Free shared housing is available.

ANNUAL HOURS INCENTIVE

Full-time CRNAs can increase their hourly rate based on the number of qualifying hours worked during their 12-month service year:

1,890+ hours/year: +$15/hour — $215/hour total

1,665–1,889 hours/year: +$10/hour — $210/hour total

1,170–1,664 hours/year: +$5/hour — $205/hour total

Qualifying hours include OR hours, overtime, callback hours, OB/Flex hours, 24-hour OB shifts, and qualifying surgery center hours.

The program is based on total qualifying hours worked during the year rather than requiring a specific number of Full Weeks.

Hourly incentives are paid monthly. Final incentive eligibility is based on the total qualifying hours completed during the 12-month service year.

CRNAs participating in the annual-hours incentive program also provide mutually agreed-upon call coverage and assist with coverage during either Thanksgiving or Christmas week.

CALL AND ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION

Paid call opportunities are available based on the facility’s coverage needs and provider rotation.

Weekday call: $500 per shift

Weekend call: $1,000 per shift

Callback hours are paid at the CRNA’s applicable hourly rate and count toward annual qualifying hours.

Scheduled standby call is compensated separately but does not count toward annual qualifying hours.

24-HOUR OB COVERAGE

Twenty-four-hour OB coverage consists of 12 hours on site followed by 12 hours off site.

24-hour OB shift: $3,000

Twenty-four-hour OB shifts count toward annual qualifying hours under the incentive program but do not receive the hourly premium.

CASE MIX AND PATIENT POPULATION

Canyon Vista Medical Center supports a strong and varied surgical service line, including:

PRACTICE MODEL AND WORKFLOW

Canyon Vista Medical Center uses a collaborative anesthesia model that supports CRNAs in a team-based hospital environment.
