Does my student course come with a workbook or printed material?
While we’ve made it incredibly easy for you to access our course material from your electronic device, we certainly understand the value of printed material.
When we write things, we’re more likely to remember them later. For this reason, you have access to our workbooks that’ll give you over 800 pages of activities, diagrams, and content you complete as you work through the course.
This is a true workbook – it’s not a textbook or a printed version of the course. We do not offer a textbook or a printed version of our student review course.
We’ll provide you with the digital file. You can use it with an app, such as Good Notes or Notability. Alternatively, you may print the workbook yourself or send the original (unedited file) to a third party printer.
What are the software and hardware requirements to use APEX?
You can access APEX from your computer, tablet, and smartphone. You can start on one device and pick up where you left off on another device.
- Consistent minimum internet connection with a speed of 1.5 Mbps (10-25 Mbps for video).
- Modern browser that has been updated within the last 12 months and has cookies and JavaScript enabled. Supported browsers include: Edge, Firefox, Google Chrome, and Safari.

Everyone feels the pressure of passing the NCE and SEE on their first attempt, so lots of SRNAs and RRNAs supplement their study plans with a live review course that teaches from a different perspective.
The problem is that adding an outside review course to your APEX study plan leads to frustration and uncertainty because it’s not consistent with everything we’ve taught you.
